ERP Implementation & Optimization

From assessment to go‑live, I help you choose the right ERP, avoid costly mistakes, and get a system your team actually uses.

THE CHALLENGE

Your business is growing, or you're stuck with a system that's holding you back.

And it terrifies you because:

• You've heard horror stories (failed implementations, over budget, late)

• You don't know which system to choose (Accurate? Fortnox? SAP? MYOB?)

• You're worried about disruption (will operations stop?)

• You're concerned about staff adoption (will people actually use it?)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

I break ERP implementation into 3 phases. Each phase has clear deliverables.

1

ASSESSMENT (Week 1-2)

What happens:

✓ Current system audit

- What's working, what's broken, and where data quality issues exist.

✓ Requirements gathering

- Interviews with key stakeholders

- Document what you NEED (not just want)

- Identify pain points

✓ Gap analysis

- What does your business need? - What can the ERP provide?

- What's the gap?

✓ ERP recommendation

- Based on your needs and budget

- Options such as Accurate, Fortnox, MYOB, or SAP (and others depending on your market)

- Pros/cons of each

- My recommendation

Deliverable: Assessment report (10-15 pages) with clear ERP recommendation

2

IMPLEMENTATION (Week 3-6)

What happens:

✓ Process mapping (BPMN)

- Document how work flows through your organization

- Identify redundancies

- Redesign for efficiency

✓ Data migration planning

- How to move data from old system to new system

- Data cleanup

- Validation checks

✓ System configuration

- Set up modules you need (Financial, Manufacturing, Inventory, etc., if relevant)

- Configure workflows

- Integrate with other systems

✓ Testing

- Unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

✓ Staff training

- Train-the-trainer approach

- Documentation and guides

- Go-live support plan

Deliverable: Live ERP system, trained team, and core documentation.

3

POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT (Week 7-8)

What happens:

✓ 30-day support window to monitor issues, apply quick fixes, and optimize configuration

✓ Performance review

- Is it meeting requirements?

- Any bottlenecks?

- What's working well?

✓ Documentation handover

- Procedures manuals

- Admin guides

- Support contacts

✓ Next steps recommendations

- Future modules to consider

- Process improvements

- Scaling plans

Deliverable: Stabilized, optimized system ready to scale with your business.

✓ Mid-market companies (20-500 employees)

✓ Growing companies (outgrowing current system)
