Systems & Data Health Check
A focused review of your ERP, data, and processes to find quick wins and hidden risks before bigger changes. In 1–2 weeks, you get a clear picture of how your systems actually work today and what to fix first.
Who this is for
This is for operations‑heavy SMEs and mid‑sized companies that:
-
Already have ERP, BI, or AI tools, but still rely on spreadsheets and manual work.
-
Don’t fully trust their numbers or get conflicting reports.
-
Are considering system changes or AI projects and want to avoid expensive mistakes.
If you’re unsure whether your ERP and data are ready for AI or automation, this health check tells you.
What you get
In 1–2 weeks, you get:
-
A clear picture of how your systems, data, and key processes actually work today.
-
A short list of quick wins you can implement fast with your existing tools.
-
A prioritised roadmap for medium‑term improvements (including when AI makes sense).
-
A 60–90 minute debrief session with me and your key stakeholders.

What I review
Depending on your situation, the Health Check typically covers:
-
ERP configuration and usage (what’s used, what’s ignored, where workarounds exist).
-
Data quality and governance (consistency, ownership, ‘one source of truth’).
-
Reporting and dashboards (which decisions they support, where gaps are).
-
Critical business processes (how work really flows vs how systems assume it flows).
Together, this gives you a realistic view of your current systems and data maturity.
How it works

Step 1 – Kick‑off (online, 30–45 minutes)
We clarify your goals, pain points, and current tools, and agree on scope and stakeholders.
Step 2 – Access & interviews
I review your systems (screenshots or read‑only access) and speak with a small group of people who use them daily.
Step 3 – Analysis & findings
I map what is happening today, identify risks and opportunities, and group them into quick wins vs bigger changes.
Step 4 – Debrief & next steps
We walk through the findings together and agree on what to do in the next 30–90 days. You can implement with your own team or continue working with me.
The result is a practical systems and data improvement plan, not a 100‑page report.
Why start here
Instead of jumping straight into a big implementation or AI project, the Health Check gives you:
-
A low‑risk way to work together.
-
Clarity on where you actually stand.
-
Confidence that your next investment targets the right problems.
